Sit me in a chair. Blind-fold me. Bind my hands…wait, don't do that part but, put on any band with Adam on guitar and I can recognize it's him...His playing precise, his style distinct with hammer-ons, hammer-offs, pull-offs, bombardments of notes and huge chords all working within the confines of a catchy melody so it's always listenable and not pretentious. It's like his hands just became free from being tied up and they just need to dance on the fretboard to celebrate. The guitar isn't the only thing to cling to here, though. The higher vocals really stick out over the tight-as-fuck rhythm section that can only exist between two people (Adam & John) who have spent most of their lives playing together. I'm not sure of Dan's history with the two, but it's like he's been there all along, with his basslines fitting right in, contributing to the overall power of the songs. Adam does most of the singing, but John's lower voice compliments him in all the right places. I like the repeated lines the most. I remember the first time Adam sent me the REYNOLDS 853 mixes. I put my headphones on (the best way to listen to music) and went back and forth between smiling and choking up the entire time. Don't take my word for it though. Watch the video for their single below. I dare you to not singalong to that chorus! I bet you fail. Check out the whole album HERE don't forget to "Skip all the slow songs. We don't have time for that shit."
